Sabrina Riles

Dr. Sabrina Riles is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration at Clark Atlanta University. Dr. Riles teaches courses in Fundamentals of Social Policy, Human Resource Management, Public Budgeting and Finance, and Research Methods. Her research interests are closely aligned with the courses she teaches and include, but are not limited to, organizational change, privatization, and sustainability. In addition, Dr. Riles serves a Vice President of CAU’s Academic Council and advisor of the Public Administration Student Association (PASA). She is an active member of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), the National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA), and the Public Management Research Association (PMRA).

Koya Olateru

Koya Olateru graduated from Southern University, Baton Rouge, LA. with a Master’s degree in Public Relations. In 1989, he founded the Metro Brokers Insurance Company in College Park on Old National Highway. He is a retired insurance counselor and broker after 28 years. Koya is currently writing his dissertation paper for a Doctorate degree in Public Policy- Mediation and Terrorism at Walden University. Research interest include Juvenile delinquency recidivism in urban cities. For decades, Koya has served his community extensively on boards and coalitions including membership in The Concerned Black clergy; Former Chairman of the American Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Insurance Section. and Former Executive Member of the Atlanta Insurance Professionals. His passion has been to mentor and sponsor youth sports programs and public speaking. Koya’s pride and joy is his family- his wife of 22 years and their 16-year old twin sons. He will be inducted into the Southern University Hall of Fame in November of 2017.
